2. Production & Handmade Disclaimer
All press-on nails are handmade to order. Minor variations in design, colour, and shape may occur and are not considered defects.
I make every effort to ensure product images are accurate; however, slight differences may occur due to lighting and screen display settings.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
My products contain materials such as gel polish, adhesives and nail prep solutions.
By purchasing, you agree that:
- You are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability
- You will carry out a patch test before full application
- You understand the risks of allergic reactions
I am not liable for reactions, injuries, or damage resulting from use or misuse of our products.
4. Application & Removal
Customers are responsible for proper application and safe removal. I am not responsible for damage to natural nails caused by incorrect use or removal.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, in line with UK regulations.
Trinket Claws reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
6. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.
Trinket Claws reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at my discretion.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to hygiene and the custom nature of our products, I do not accept returns.
However, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Important notes:
- Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund if items are faulty, not as described, or damaged
To report an issue, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
8. Delivery
I aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, designs, logos, and text, remains the property of Trinket Claws.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
This website processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinket Claws shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of my products or website.
