Please review my shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery estimates, and other important details.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade and are carefully prepared. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times (UK)

I currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked 24): 1–2 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected option.

International Shipping

Currently, I only ship within the United Kingdom. 

Order Tracking

If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Issues

While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues that are outside of our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and details. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
