Refund policy

 

All press-on nails sold on this website are made to order and customised specifically for each customer, including size, design, shape, and finish. As such, they are classified as personalised goods and are also considered hygiene-sensitive items.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers in the UK normally have the right to cancel online orders within 14 days of receiving their goods. 

However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised, which includes all custom-made press-on nails sets purchased from my store. In addition, due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for any nail products once they have been produced or dispatched.

No returns or Exchanges

Because each item is handmade to order, all sales are final. I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

I strongly advise customers to ensure all orders details are correct before completing purchase, including nail sizes, shapes, designs, and any custom requests. I cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided at checkout.

Hygiene Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, all press-on nails products are made for single-customer use only. Once an order has been produced, handled, or dispatched, it cannot be resold or reused. This is to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and product safety for all customers.

Faulty or Damaged Items

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. I will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or other suitable resolution in line with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Agreement

By placing an order with Trinket Claws, you confirm that you understand and agree that all items are made-to-order personalised and hygiene-sensitive goods, and are therefore exempt from the standard cancellation period under UK law.
